The yogurt maturation and cooling chamber made from stainless steel with 70mm polyurethane insulation for controlling the heating and cooling.
This chamber has available two thermostats one electronic for cooling and one for heating and a timer for ripening the time
At the end of the cycle, the chamber automatically enters the cooling process to preserve the yogurt
This is available in two models with 880l + 1700l with internal dimensions of 60cm by 80cm.
The uniqueness of this device is due to its large capacity, despite its small external dimensions.
